Workmanship warranty.

Coating warranties depend on how the vehicle is cared for. To keep coverage active:

• Wash using the two-bucket hand method or a touchless automatic wash.
• Never use an automated brush or friction wash.
• Keep pressure washer nozzles at least 12 inches from coated surfaces.
• Do not apply waxes, sealants, or other coatings over ours.
• Return to Monarch Autoworks for a complimentary annual inspection.
• We record each inspection. If an inspection is missed by more than 60 days, coverage on the coating ends.

This warranty covers our installation only. It does not cover:

• The condition of the paint, glass, trim, or panels beneath our work, including failing clear coat, prior repaints, and prior bodywork.
• Damage from collisions, road debris, rock chips, hail, vandalism, or acts of nature.
• Damage from improper washing, automated brush washes, close-range pressure washing, or third-party products applied over our work.
• Damage from work performed by another shop after our installation.
• Normal wear, including gradual gloss loss and yellowing consistent with the product’s expected service life.
• Vehicles with pre-existing defects noted at intake.
• Film or coating performance issues covered by the manufacturer’s own warranty.
• Removal of film or coating applied by another installer, and any damage revealed during that removal.

If a covered defect occurs, we will re-perform the affected panel or section at no cost to you. This is the sole remedy under this warranty.

We are not responsible for rental vehicles, loss of use, towing, diminished value, lost income, or any other incidental or consequential costs.

Coverage begins on the date of service and applies to the original purchaser only. It is not transferable.

Claims must be reported to Monarch Autoworks within 30 days of the defect appearing, and the vehicle must be brought to our facility for inspection before any warranty work is authorized. Repairs performed elsewhere are not reimbursable.

We photograph every vehicle at intake. These records document pre-existing conditions and are used to evaluate claims.
