Photographs and Media
We photograph and video vehicles before, during, and after service for quality control, documentation, and warranty purposes.
We may also use these images for marketing, including our website, social media, and advertising. We remove or obscure license plates before public use. If you prefer that images of your vehicle not be used publicly, tell us at drop-off or email us at the address in Section 12, and we will honor that request.
Text Messages and Phone Calls
If you provide a phone number, you consent to receive calls and text messages from us regarding your quote, appointment, or vehicle. Message and data rates may apply.
Marketing texts require separate opt-in. You can opt out of any text messages by replying STOP. Opting out of marketing texts does not stop transactional messages about an active job.
Phone calls to and from our business lines may be recorded or monitored for quality and training purposes.
Data Retention
We keep customer and vehicle records for as long as needed to provide services, honor warranties, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal and tax requirements. Service documentation and photographs are typically retained for the life of the applicable warranty plus any additional period required by law.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. Payment card data is handled by our payment processor and is not stored on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
